The way football should be...

That was what Fabregas said in a recent interview with Soccernet. Sometimes footballers especially the younger ones seem to be blinded by their fame, money and chicks.

A perfect example, Cassano. He was a wonderkid and still is a good player but now is only confined to the Madrid bench because his head got too big. This are the type of people whom we refer to as having a FIGJAM attitude. It just means: Fuck-I'm-Good-Just-Look-At-Me.

Football should be played no differently whether it is with friends or in the World Cup. Enjoy what you are doing and you would be good in it. That is exactly what Fabregas is doing.

Wenger's decision to rely heavily on youth players is brilliant. It creates a unity between a small group of players.

That is what Sir Alex seem to have forgotten. He let the chase for success cloud his judgement and patience on his youth players. Carrick is only worth 7 million pounds but his transfer fee is 18.6 million pounds. What the fuck. Wenger bought Rosicky for only 7 million pounds. Yes yes i know, Carrick and Rosicky are different type of players but still...

Wenger buys young players, but that does not a youth policy make. At the end of the day he still buys.

United, on the other hand, has a youth system - I'm talking about over the years - second to none. Another good example: West Ham. Unfortunately, they never hold on to their best youngsters.

Carrick overpriced? Yes, I agree wholeheartedly.

However, United hardly gets a bargain nowadays. Link United's name to any player, and the price gets inflated by 5-10 pounds.
